One of the greatest sources of my inspiration are the beautiful women in my life. I consider them my so called Sisterhood and all play a valuable role in my life, each in their own unique way. As tribute to these amazing women, I have decided to create a Sisterhood collection for 24Kae. Respectively for each of these women, I have designed specific pieces embodying their personal, beautiful qualities. I will be launching these special items one by one, starting with the most important and precious Sisterhood member: my darling daughter Loua. This ring is made of rhodium plated 925 sterling silver. Each 24Kae ring has the authentic characteristic of a 24Kae engraving.

Warranty & Legal Guarantee
All our jewelry is covered by the statutory legal guarantee.
This means that a product must conform to what you may reasonably expect, taking into account the type of jewelry, the material, the price, and the information provided prior to purchase.
The statutory guarantee does not have a fixed duration. The expected lifespan varies depending on the material and the way the jewelry is used.
What is covered by the legal guarantee?
If a piece of jewelry shows a manufacturing or material defect that is not the result of normal wear and tear or improper use, you are entitled to:
- free repair, or
- free replacement
If repair or replacement is not possible or reasonable, a (partial) refund may be offered.
Within 12 months of purchase, the burden of proof lies with us, 24Kae. After this period, the customer may be asked to demonstrate that the defect was already present at the time of delivery.
What is not covered by the guarantee?
The statutory guarantee does not cover:
- normal wear and tear
- discoloration caused by contact with water, perfume, cosmetics, or cleaning products
- damage caused by impact, dropping, or improper handling
- damage resulting from modifications or repairs carried out by third parties
Material-specific expectations
Brass
Brass is a relatively soft metal and is naturally prone to:
- discoloration
- oxidation
- visible signs of wear
These characteristics are inherent to the material and are considered normal wear and tear. Discoloration or patina therefore does not constitute a defect under the legal guarantee.
Manufacturing defects, such as faulty clasps or breakage during normal use, are covered by the statutory guarantee.
Silver jewelry (925 sterling silver)
Silver may over time:
- oxidize (darken)
- develop light scratches
This is a natural property of silver and does not indicate a defect. Oxidation can often be removed through cleaning.
Manufacturing defects, such as poorly soldered components or defective clasps, are covered by the statutory guarantee.
Gold-plated jewelry
Gold-plated jewelry consists of a base metal with a thin layer of gold.
Through regular wear and external influences, the gold layer may gradually wear or fade. This is considered normal use and does not constitute a defect.
The statutory guarantee does apply in cases of:
- gold plating detaching due to a manufacturing defect
- structural defects (e.g. breakage or clasp failure during normal use)
The lifespan of the gold plating depends on frequency of wear and proper care.
Gold jewelry (solid gold)
Solid gold jewelry is durable and intended for long-term use.
Minor scratches or signs of wear caused by regular use are considered normal wear and tear.
The statutory guarantee applies in cases of:
- manufacturing defects
- structural flaws
- defective settings or clasps under normal use
Care & use
To extend the lifespan of your jewelry, we recommend:
- removing jewelry before showering, exercising, or sleeping
- avoiding contact with perfume, creams, and cleaning products
- storing jewelry separately in a dry place
Damage resulting from failure to follow these care instructions is not covered by the guarantee.
