After March 27, our customer service will no longer be available for general inquiries, orders, returns, or other service requests. Our website and regular communication channels will also be closed.
We will only keep a limited email address active for warranty cases that fall within the valid warranty period.
When can you contact us?
You may only contact us if:
- the product has a demonstrable manufacturing or material defect;
- the complaint falls within the legal warranty period;
- you can provide valid proof of purchase.
Questions regarding wear and tear, normal usage damage, lost items, sizing advice, styling advice, or other service-related inquiries can unfortunately no longer be handled after March 27.
How do you submit a warranty request?
Please send one email including the following information to info@24-kae.com:
- Name and order number
- Clear photos of the product and the issue
- A short description of the complaint
Incomplete requests cannot be processed.
Important to know
- The warranty email address is strictly intended for valid warranty claims only.
- Response times may be longer than you are used to.
- We reserve the right not to respond to requests that do not fall under warranty.
- The warranty period is 6 months for manufacturing and material defects on Gold-Plated items, and 12 months for 925 Sterling Silver or Solid Gold items.
