Care and materials

All 24Kae jewelry is made of Sterling silver and has been put together for you with the greatest care. To keep your jewelry in the best possible condition, there are a number of things you can take into account;

- The original packaging of 24Kae is ideal for storing your jewelry when you are not wearing it. We advise to store your 24Kae jewelry where it cannot be easily scratched or damaged. When storing your 24Kae jewelry, we also recommend that it should not be able to scratch against any other jewelry.

- In order to keep your 24Kae jewelry looking beautiful, polish it regularly with a soft cloth. Cleaning can be done with a soft toothbrush, water and a little mild detergent. After polishing, rinse the jewelry well with water and dry with a soft cloth. Never clean your jewelry with chemicals or a hard polishing cloth.

- Discoloration of the silver is, to a certain extent, determined by the type of skin on which the jewelry is worn and the use of cosmetics. For example, it is advisable to wait with putting on the jewelry until after all lotions and perfume have been absorbed into the skin.

- It is best to keep your jewelry away from water. That is why we recommend taking off the jewelry before exercising or swimming and before using perfume, hairspray, soap and lotion.

Our jewelry is made of the best quality 925 Sterling silver. The yellow gold pieces are also provided with a high-quality 14K gold layer. These properties ensure that all 24Kae jewelry remain beautiful and retain their shine for a long time. This is because we want every woman to be able to wear her favorite jewelry at any time and for a longer period of time. That is why we are proud and happy to give a 1-year warranty on our jewelry with normal use.

The 24Kae jewelry is made of high-quality 925 Sterling silver and plated with a 14K gold layer.

Yes! They are made of high-quality Sterling silver and plated with rhodium.

Rhodium plating is a plating method used in jewelry that consists of 925 Sterling silver with rhodium to maintain the jewelry’s shine. This makes rhodium-plated silver a more expensive precious material than the normal 925 silver alone.

Cubic Zirconia
Most of the stones used in 24Kae jewelry are Cubic Zirconia. This is a nano stone, with qualties similar to naturel stones. Zirconium is relatively hard, 8 on the Mohs scale (for diamonds it is 10) and has triple-A quality and clarity. Cubic Zirconia is available in the different beige shades of 24Kae.

Pearls with a synthetic crystal core
24Kae mainly uses pearls with a synthetic crystal core in the various jewelry. These pearls boast the quality of a crystal core combined with the beauty of a pearl coating, giving the pearls a perfect, silky smooth surface. The weight of these pearls is comparable to real or cultured pearls, but what is especially nice is that these pearls are less sensitive to scratches or color change.

Our jewelry is made of the best quality 925 Sterling silver and the golden items are provided with a 14K gold layer. This ensures that all 24Kae jewelry remain beautiful over time and retain their shine for a longer period. We want every woman to be able to wear her favorite jewelry for as long as possible. That is why we are proud and happy to give a 1-year warranty on our jewelry (under normal use).

This only applies after the date of purchase with the original receipt. The 24Kae team will carefully check the return. We do not offer a guarantee in the following situations:

- Broken chains upon receipt of the return at the 24Kae office.
- High acidity of the skin which can cause discoloration of the jewelry.
- Stains in the jewelry due to water, cosmetics, or other chemical products.
- Repairs by third parties.

Every item up to €50 will be send in our special linnen 24Kae bag. Items above €50 will be send to you in our special 24Kae jewelry box.

It is best to keep your jewelry in the original packaging when you are not wearing it. This way your 24Kae jewelry will remain beautiful the longest.

Returns and exchanges

Do you want to return an item? You can register your return online via this return registration link, after which you can drop off the shipment for free at a PostNL service point.

You can register the return with the simple steps below:

1. Register the return using your tracking code and zip code.
2. Enter a reason for return.
3. Select a PostNL service point.
4. Confirm the return.
5. Print the label and attach it to the box/package.
6. Make sure to add the original packing slip within the box/package. This is important so we can process your return correctly.
7. Drop off the package at your selected PostNL service point. Please keep the proof of shipment until the refund is made.

If you want to register your return through our online registration link make sure to fill in your Track & Trace code in combination with your zipcode. The Track & Trace code was send to you when your order was on its way to you.

For returns from the Netherlands: you can drop off the package with the item you want to return for free at a PostNL service point. When you return the package, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a Track & Trace code that you can use to track the package. Please keep this code until you receive a message from us confirming the return of the package.

You can also return via another carrier, but then the costs for returning are for your own account.

For returns outside the Netherlands: you can take your package with you to a post office that sends international shipments. Please note that the shipping costs for returns outside the Netherlands are not covered by 24Kae.

As soon as we have processed your return shipment, you will receive a message from us confirming the return of your package. We will refund the entire purchase amount (including any shipping and payment costs) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after processing your return. However, we may withhold a refund until we have received the products, or until you have demonstrated that you have sent them.

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without providing
any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the good. To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

We ask you to return the goods to us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after the day on which you have notified us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

UPDATE: DUE TO THE HOLIDAYS WE ARE EXTENDING OUR RETURN PERIOD. ALL ORDERS PLACED TILL THE 26th OF DECEMBER 2021 CAN BE RETURNED TILL THE 15th OF JANUARY 2022.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us in its original condition and packaging (if reasonably possible). Make sure to return the complete product, with all accessories and supplies. If something is missing, we may charge you for any replacement costs. Shipping

We ship to the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Belgium, Germany, France, Spain, Portugal and Italy.

If you order before 15:00 your order will be delivered to you within two business days (within the Netherlands) with PostNL. This may vary a bit depending on the carrier. We will do our very best to process and ship your orders as soon as possible, but keep in mind that the first days after our launch it is possible that your order will take a little bit longer than usually.

Shipping within the Netherlands will be €3,95. It will be free of charge on orders above €50. Outside the Netherlands we have different shipping costs, depending on the country you want to ship to. Most countries are €4,95. It will be free of charge above a certain amount here as well, also depending on your country. For information about this, check out our shipping page.

You will be able to shop at 24Kae when you live in: the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Belgium, Germany, France, Spain, Portugal and Italy. Other EU countries and other continents will hopefully be added to the list soon, depending on your enthusiasm!

Sizing

The items are all true to size. We have a size chart to help you find the size you need. For the rings we also have special instructions on the product pages on how to find the perfect size.

The 24Kae rings are available in 7 different sizes. Sizing starts from size 48 and goes up to size 60. We have a size chart to help you find your size!

The bracelets very in size between 18-20 cm. It is possible to adjust the length with the extension piece. On each product page you will find more information about sizes for each specific item.

All sizes of the 24Kae necklaces are described in the product description. We have different lengths. The shortest necklace is 42 cm and the longest is 70 cm. Some necklaces have an extension piece of 5 centimeters so the necklace can be adjusted to the desired length.

Stock

Unfortunately we're not able to send out a notification mail when the item you want gets back in stock. We really hope to make you happy with your desired item as soon as possible. We will always announce a restock on our socials, so make sure to keep an eye out on those!

You can also keep an eye out on our website on Mondays and Wednesdays, because this is when we process incoming returns. Maybe you'll be lucky and someone just send back the item you wished for!

Fun fact: Our displays are the result of a special collaboration with Solid Nature. They make beautiful custom displays from remnants of natural stones and marbles. Because they reuse residual material, no display is the same and they are all unique. These 24Kae displays are to be found at our retail outlets. As a result, the 24Kae jewelry looks even more beautiful and it makes us want to shop till we drop as well! Besides that, the colors of the natural stones and marbles fit perfectly into the beige and pastel color palette that we love so much.
